+ When does Delishop deliver?

For Bangkok, Amphoe Muang and Nichada Thani:
We deliver to your door, Monday to Satruday, whenever suits you between 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. You can select the most convenient three-hours delivery time slot; 10:00 am to 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm to 5:00pm or 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
> Order placed in the morning before 12:00 pm can be delivered at home from the same day (from 6:00 pm).
> Order placed before 4:00 pm can be delivered following day morning.
> Order placed after 4:00 pm can be delivered following day afternoon.

For Hua Hin:
We have a collection point in Hua Hin at Mirabelle (34/199 phetkasem road soi 94, Hua Hin, 77110). We deliver Hua Hin every Friday. You can collect your order from 7.30 am every friday
> Ordermust be placed on wednesday before 4: pm

For Pattaya:
We have a collection point in Pattaya at O-Mart (opp. Hotel entrance : Ocean Marina Yacht Club, 274/1-9 Moo4, Sukhumvit Highway KM 157, Na Jomtien, Sattahip, Chonburi 20250). We deliver Pattaya every Tuesday. You can collect your order from 1.00 pm am every Tuesday

We deliver any where in Bangkok, Amphoe Muang and Nichada Thani. We have a collection point in Hua Hin at Mirabelle (34/199 phetkasem road soi 94, Hua Hin, 77110) and in Pattaya at O-Mart.
We'll progressively extend our delivery areas. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any request about delivery areas.
You can also simply collect your groceries in our warehouse (84 soi 19, Rama IX road).

+ Where is my order prepared?

We prepare and package all orders in our temperature controlled warehouse in Rama IX. This clean, cool environment is designed solely for food. We adhere to strict health and safety regulations exceeding national standards of food excellence.

+ How can I edit my Delishop profile?

Just go to Your Account, log in with your email and password info, then click into the Your Profile link at the left side of Your Account page. On the upper left you can choose to edit your account information or/and your address.

+ How can I edit, add, or delete an address?

Just go to Your Account, log in with your email and password info, then click into the adress book link at the left side of Your Account page. You'll see a green button that will allow you to Add New Address. Or, under an existing delivery address, you'll see Edit/Delete buttons to make changes to previously entered addresses.

Delivery Feedback

+ Where is my order?

Delishop orders are designed to arrive within the timeslot you select. If there are unforeseen events that cause your order to be late, you will receive a call from our customer service team. If you'd like a status update for your order, feel free to contact us at any time.

+ How can I share feedback about Delishop delivery personnel?

We are always interested to hear about our delivery teams. Please send us an e-mail (via the Contact Us page) detailing your experience.

+ Should I tip the delivery driver?

You are under no obligation to tip but have the option of providing a nominal tip if you feel that you've received exceptional service. Delishop delivery personnel are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances.

+ Where will I find Delishop Coupons?

Regularly, we send by email to Delishop customers some coupons. If you did not receive our emails, please let us know (via contact us).

+ How do I use Delishop Coupons?

To use coupon, you have to copy the associated code. This code is composed of 4 letters and three numbers.

+ How will I know when the coupons expire?

We provide the expiration date for each coupon.

+ How will I know my coupon savings were deducted from my order?

Coupon discounts will appear on your checkout receipt. Click on “update cart” button to see the new total.

+ What happens if my coupon savings were not applied?

If your discount was not applied properly, contact our Customer Service (via contact us)

+ How does Delishop delivery work?

When you place an order, select a delivery that suits you. Our delivery crew will bring your order at your doorstep (if you live in an apartment, please make sure he or she can get into the building). You can recognize our staff by their Delishop uniforms and by the logo on the packing.If you have any question about your order, please contact Delishop Customer Service through our contact us page
If a case of force majeure may force us to postpone chosen delivery dates and times, a customer service representative will call you.

+ Should I tip my delivery person?

You are under no obligation to tip but have the option of providing a nominal tip if you feel that you've received exceptional service. Delishop personnel are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances. If you have a comment or compliment use our contqct us page. We'd love to hear from you!

+ What if I'm not home to receive my order?

If you think that you may not be home in time to receive your scheduled delivery, or if you miss your delivery, please call Delishop Customer Service at 092 517 0202. We will do our best to rearrange your delivery time.
If you're not home when we deliver, we will do our best to redeliver your order later the same day; a redelivery fee of THB 200 will apply.
Alternatively, you may authorize someone to receive your order (building management, neighbor, security…).

+ Can I pick up my order from your facility?

Yes, anyone can place an order online for pickup at our facility, which is located just on Rama IX, Soi 19, Bangkok.

+ What if my order contains beer or wine?

If your order contains alcoholic beverages, the person who receives your delivery must have identification proving that they are over the age of 20.

+ What is your policy for walk-up residences (buildings without elevators)?

In the interest of the safety of our delivery personnel, we do not deliver to walk-ups (buildings without an elevator) above the fifth floor.
Our technology cannot enforce these limits when you place an order, so we ask all our customers to abide by these service limitations, as we may limit deliveries when orders exceed these requirements. Again, this rule exists only to protect the health of our delivery staff, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

+ How can I pay for my order?

Delishop offers online payment via paypal or a credit card. You can also choose to pay cash on delivery.

+ Does Delishop accept coupons?

We offer Deli’ Coupons, which allow you to enjoy coupon savings at Delishop. At this time, we are not able to honor paper coupons or digital coupons from other sources.

+ Does Delishop accept personal checks or cash?

We do not accept paper checks, cashier's checks, money orders or cash at this time.

Order Information

+ I did not receive an invoice with my delivery. How can I see if my order is complete and correct?

You can view or print a copy of your order invoice online by logging into Your Account and clicking into Your Orders to view and print an invoice.

+ What if I receive a product that I am dissatisfied with? Should I discard it, email or call?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're dissatisfied, we want to hear from you. Please contact us prior to discarding any item that you are not satisfied with and we'd be happy to credit you for it. However, we do ask that you hold on to the item until we respond. In order to ensure that we are delivering food of the highest quality, we may choose to pick up an item that is not to your satisfaction.

+ What should I do if I didn't receive everything I ordered?

While rare, mistakes occasionally happen, so if an item is missing from your order, send us email (via contact us) or call our customer service.

Your private information, such as your credit card number, is encrypted via paypal and cybersource. It can't be read by others.
We use your personal information only to process orders, to provide an enhanced and personalized shopping experience and to inform you of special Delishop offers and discounts. We will not release your personal information to any third party.

+ Does Delishop use cookies?

Like many websites, ours uses "cookies" to make your shopping experience faster. A cookie is a piece of data stored on your computer's hard drive that allows the Delishop website to identify you. Cookies cannot be used to access sensitive account information, and you will always have to log in with a user name and password to place an order. + How do I place an order at Delishop?

  • First, sign up to create an account.
  • To find groceries, simply browse our departments or use the search box to seek out specific brands or items.
  • When you find what you want, select a quantity, then click the green "Add to Cart" button.
  • Once you've found everything you want and need , go to Checkout. Select your delivery address and a two-hour delivery timeslot .
  • Pay by credit card or choose chas on delivery.
  • After you finish checkout and submit your order, we'll send you an e-mail confirming your order details.
  • On your next order, you will get the possibility to reorder the same product very quickly.

+ Can I order by phone?

Yes, we accept telephone orders during our normal customer service hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 am – 12:00 pm). Call 092 517 0202. A trained Delishop customer service representative will take your order and answer any questions you may have. The fee for telephone orders is THB 250.

+ What is the cutoff time for same day delivery (Bangkok and Nonthaburi only)?

  • Order placed in the morning before 12:00 pm could be delivered at home from the same day (from 6:00 pm).
  • Order placed before 4:00 pm can be delivered from the following day morning.
  • Order placed after 4:00 pm can be delivered from the following day afternoon.

+ What happens to my cart if I leave before placing my order?

If you have an account, we'll save everything in your cart. The next time you come back, you can pick up where you left off.

+ What if I receive a product that I am dissatisfied with?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're dissatisfied, we want to hear from you. Please contact us prior to discarding any item that you are not satisfied with and we'd be happy to find a solution to reach your satisfaction. However, we do ask that you hold on to the item until we respond.

+ How do I create a wish list?

Simply find your favorite item and click on: save to wish list button (a white heart in a green box). You can save your item to an existing list or create a new one. This is one of our favorite ways to do party and event planning or to suggest to your family’s member new product to buy!
